How they are used

How can you use your cabin?

A small cabin can be much more than a place to sleep. Whether you’re looking for a private escape, an additional space for your home, or a new business opportunity, these compact homes can be adapted to fit different needs.

  1. Your own summer house

Create your own place to escape the city. Put a cabin on your countryside property, by a lake, or in the garden and enjoy a private retreat for weekends, holidays and summer evenings.

  2. Guest house

Give your family and friends their own comfortable space to stay. A cabin can work as an independent guest house, allowing visitors to enjoy privacy while still being close to the main home.

  3. Airbnb & short-term rental

Turn a piece of land into a source of income. A well-designed cabin can make an attractive short-term rental for couples, families and travellers looking for a private getaway in nature.

  4. Private studio

Need extra space at home? Use a cabin as a yoga studio, creative studio, reading room, home office or quiet place to work and relax.

  5. Extra living space

Add useful space to your existing property without committing to a large traditional extension. A cabin can provide an independent area for guests, family members or everyday activities.

  6. Glamping & nature stays

Combine the comfort of a real building with the experience of staying in nature. Cabins can form the foundation of a distinctive glamping destination or small-scale tourism project.

  7. Build your own idea

The possibilities don't stop there. Use a cabin as a garden office, hobby room, sauna building, showroom, creative workspace or whatever your property and lifestyle require.

One cabin. Many possibilities.

Order process

From Idea to Home

First the model and the finish. We take a deposit, build it, crane it in, and set it on your plot in Latvia, Lithuania or Estonia.

  1. Step 1

    Model choice

Apple cabin at 12 m² or Apple cabin XL at 28 m². We size it to the plot and the use — summer, rental, or a stay on the water.

The first decision is the house, not the extras. Apple cabin is the compact 12 m² home: a private bedroom, kitchen and bathroom for a summer house, retreat or small rental. Apple cabin XL is 28 m² with two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and bathroom — the model for families, guests, or a rental with more capacity.

We talk through the plot, crane access, and how you will use the nights. You agree the model in writing. Everything after this — floors, glass, furniture — hangs off that choice.

  2. Step 2

    Customization

Floors, glass, insulation, heat, furniture. You pick the upgrades; we write them into the spec.

The capsule arrives finished. This step is where you decide how finished.

You can keep the standard spec, or ask for more: laminate or another floor, heated flooring, premium glazing, enhanced insulation, custom furniture built to the bay. We confirm what is possible on Apple cabin and on Apple cabin XL, what it costs, and what it does to the lead time. Nothing is guessed on the truck. The specification you sign here is the house we build.

  3. Step 3

    Offer

A written offer, a deposit, a production slot. The capsule is yours to build.

You receive the offer: model, upgrades, price, and the week we can start. A deposit places the order and holds that slot.

Until the deposit clears, the house is still a conversation. After it, the spec is locked and we buy the shell, the glass, and the fit-out against your name. Changes after this point are possible only where the build still allows them, and they move the calendar.

  4. Step 4

    Manufacturing

The white module is made as a finished house, not a kit of parts. You wait; we send progress.

Manufacturing is the long quiet stretch. The composite shell, the black-framed glass, the kitchen, the bath, the heat pump, and every upgrade from the spec go in at the factory — so the plot does not become a building site.

We build to the signed specification. When the capsule is closed and ready for the road, we book the crane window with you.

  5. Step 5

    Delivery

The house travels as one piece. A crane sets it on piles. You keep the last metres of track clear.

We arrange the road and the crane day. You prepare access: a path the truck and the crane can use, with the last stretch to the footprint left open.

The capsule leaves the factory finished. It does not get assembled in the orchard. On the booked day it arrives, the crane lifts it, and it lands on the piles waiting for it.

  6. Step 6

    Installation

Screw piles, services, handover. Typically one to two days on a prepared plot.

Piles go in first. The capsule sits, we connect water, power and the heat pump, and we walk the spec with you — standard and upgrades — before we hand over the keys.

You keep the land. We bring the house. From the morning of the lift to the first night inside is a short window, because the building work already happened somewhere else.
